Duke is our pick of the litter from a breeding of Cooper and Cajun’s Sweet Liberty (Libby). Libby is a direct daughter of 5XNC Hiede’s Mighty City Slicker (Slick) and Cajun’s Burning Desire, one of the best producing female GSP’s in the country. Libby is a proven “blue hen” producer of national caliber field trial dogs and quality hunting dogs. Duke has a great, friendly disposition with lots of personality and is showing strong bird drive with a ton of natural point. We have started his yard work and he has had lots of exposure to pen raised birds, has also been worked off horse back. We are overloaded with young dogs at this time and Duke has not shown the big run we are looking for in a horse back trial dog. With his decorated pedigree, great looks, and what he has shown so far in training, we think he has the potential to develop into a great hunting dog and loves people, so will also be a wonderful companion to a serious hunter.
